Computrainer Session begins promptly at 5:30am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up.
This class is coached by Dr. Ron Good and will last one hour.
The Endure It Coaching Staff's off-season bike training philosophy is roughly broken down into 5 phases/months listed below:
-Maintenance/Introduction/Reintroduction to structured training
-Strength
-Power
-Threshold
-Speed
Roughly each month (November-March) is a different phase, focusing on a different energy system in a progressive manner. In order to optimize the benefits of this program athletes are encouraged to begin during phase one.
*Wattage is a highly effective training tool and is used in each workout. Therefore a performance test is highly recommend to insure an accurate "threshold wattage" for each athlete.
Up to 14 riders per class, on a first come first serve basis. Sign up early.
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place for every class.

This time slot is reserved for a private group ride or class.
If you have a group of 5 or more riders you may schedule a coached class or simply come in and ride a simulated course anytime during available business hours (maybe even non-business hours).
Any individual or group may also reserve computrainer time for non-coached rides any time during business hours.
