The endure it! Computrainer sessions are designed to improve your fitness by using building blocks of proven training methods. The classes are designed by the endure it! coaching staff to develop fitness through efficiency, strength, aerobic base building, endurance, and speed. Increasing the athletes aerobic threshold wattage is a great way to reach new levels of cycling fitness!
Please arrive fifteen minutes early for class set up.
The class will be instructed by David Fix.
