Classes
Much more than a store, Endure It is a center for the triathlete community - a place for competitors and amateurs alike to meet, train, and share their experiences. We feature individual and group training classes, event camps, regular runs/rides, and instruction led by two of Chicago's most experienced triathletes.
Swim
- Technique sessions to improve form

Swim stroke analysis is a great way to improve your efficiency in the water, helping propel you farther than the competition. Seasoned swim verteran David Fix will record the lessons on DVD while he coaches you through a variety of drills designed to improved your hydrodynamics, stroke volume, and body position. Following the lesson, David will sit down with you and go over the swim lesson to provide yet another perspective from which to view one's performance and to allow for any questions you may have, and the DVD can be used as a reference for future review.
Bike
- Regular rides leave from the store with various lengths and intensities
- Schedules for all levels led by experienced Ironman competitors
- Group and individual classes in our 8-bike Computrainer™ studio
- Training covers pacing, technique, positioning, strength training, tempo, isolated leg training, and recovery work - all designed to maximize your potential
Computrainer classes are based upon building up your cycling power at your individual aerobic threshold. Endure It! accomplishes this by using interesting and very useful intervals at a static wattage based upon your own aerobic threshold. This is simple and a fantastic way to improve triathletes and cyclists of all levels.
Run
- Regular runs meet and leave from the store with various lengths and intensities
- Schedules for all levels led by experienced Ironman competitors
- Treadmills for year-round technique and endurance training
- Tempo interval sessions (hill, repeats, etc.)
- Gait analysis focusing on perfecting your form
Triathlon
- Overall race development strategies, including choosing the appropriate race, nutritional plans for training and race day, equipment recommendations, and pacing advice
- Transition practice and maximization
- Race day logistical support including advice on hotel stays, equipment transportation, and race day necessities

Board Certified Sports Chiropractor, Dr. Larry Svihlik, DC, DACBSP, is available for appointments at Endure It from 10 to 12 on scheduled saturday mornings.
