Ron Good, Coach
A very late entry to the world of endurance sports and cycling Ron started racing his bike at the ripe old age of 50. A collegiate football player and competitive weightlifter Ron has always had his hand in competition. Coaching High School football also helped to shape his skills in helping others reach their potential. After signing up for a 500 mile charity bike ride in 2005 and buying his first road bike, Ron was hooked.
Four years later and 40 pounds lighter he started racing in the local Master's and Category races.
Finding a local Coach (Chris Mosora) to show him the ropes, Ron has been able to achieve many podium spots
in local and state races in both 2008 and 2009. Ron's passion led him naturally into helping others achieve their goals.
Joining the staff at Endure It last off season to coach our computrainer classes, Ron has a loyal following, using his love for the sport and teaching skills to educate our athletes and help them get the most out of their time on the bike.
