How much does Endure It Online Coaching cost?

Because all of our coaching services are customized for the individual athlete's goals, our price structure varies. The cost for coaching services is based upon how extensive your coaching program is. For example, an athlete looking for a complete Ironman program complete with all swimming, biking, running and strength training workouts may pay more than a person looking to improve their fitness level from three one-hour weekly workouts.

Our cost range starts at $100 and increases to $500 per month depending on the level of coaching needed. Prices are determined after the complimentary goal sheet and interview process is complete. To get started, fill out our athlete bio form.

Our course schedules are truly custom - designed to meet the needs of our growing audience. For that reason, we regularly are updating and adding to our training and course schedule, as well as organizing runs and rides leaving from our Naperville and Wiilowbrook stores. What are the most important aspects of training?

Endure It believes the most important aspects of training are form and technique, nutrition, and race-specific strategy. That's why timing is so important in any training regime. Our coaches are experts in evaluating an athlete's abilities and goals, and creating a precise schedule that will allow them to be at their peak physical condition come race time. Triathlon training is like many things in life - timing truly is everything.

What are some of the biggest mistakes athletes make?

The most common issues that triatheletes starting out often have include:

  • "Overdoing it" at improper times
  • Rushing or attempting to rush their fitness
  • Faulty race execution / strategy
  • Improper form and technique
  • Skewed priorities for choosing race

These and other mistakes can be avoided with fitness training and knowledge gained from Endure It! Taking on a goal of finishing a triathlon can be overwhelmingly ambitious, but Endure It can give you the tools you need to avoid the pitfalls and succeed in your goals.

What is a Computrainer™? Do I need one?

A Computrainer™ is a very effective tool used in training for rides. By hooking the rear wheel of your bike into the machine, you experience the variables of an actual course, which you can see on the screen in front of you as you ride. You don't need one in order to successfully train, but in our experience, it can help increase your riding efficiency and motivation by a large margin. We have an 14 bike Multiride Computrainer™ studio right in our store, so you can ride in the groups you train with. To try one out free of charge, visit our retail store.

Do you only coach local athletes?

Endure It strongly believes that we can offer unrivaled coaching to Chicago area athletes, because we know what it's like to train in this city and for local events. During your training with Endure It, you'll receive face-to-face meetings, interaction, and training sessions with Endure It's highly qualified staff. However, we can also offer training to athletes who live outside the greater Chicagoland area via our online coaching services.
