Endure It! Swim Bike Run

Endure It! Vegas 2008 Baby (part 3 of 3)

(Sinclair Party)

Wheels

Zipp has a few new interesting offerings. The new 1080 boasts a 108mm rim and according to Zipp is the fastest non-disc wheel available.

The new Sub-9 is simply amazing. The first wheel to offer negative drag. Yes, it actually pushes forward at certain angles!

For lower price point's Zipp is expanding it's Flashpoint brand. In 2008 the wheels will be available with a deeper bladed spoke and two different rim widths, 60mm and 80mm.

Apparel and Accessories

Orca has developed an extremely technical fabric that repells water like you will not believe, this stough looks and feels extremely fast!

Castelli was boasting of a new jersey reportedly capable of reducing drag so you may reduce your 40k TT time by 50 seconds with an average speed of 25mph.

Castelli also had some great new baselayers and some cool new designs.

Sidi had new colors for their already beautiful Genius 6.6 and Ergo 2 lineup.

This new helmet caught my eye from Giro, the Ionos enters the line above the Atmos and this one would look great with the Endure It! kit.

Rudy Project also has a new high end price point helmet I really liked called the Actyum. The comfort was awesome, the pads inside felt like a smooth chamois material, very nice.

Etxeondo continues to lead in comfort and design and for the customer who is looking for the bling, wait until you see this stuff on the shelves at Endure It!

Cervelo had an amazing booth and on no doubt do everything they can to provide the best bikes in the world. Check out this Dave Zabriskie model on a P3 mock up made out of moldable plastic! Wind tunnel here they come!

Best Regards,

David Fix
