Sunday Run

Just a quick email regarding a post from Shon Zeller on the Endure It! Club Forum.

I thought it would be fun to stay up till the weeee hours on St. Patty's day and then get up and go for a brisk Sunday mornin run thru Morton Arboretum. The Gates open at 700 am and so I figure start from the main parking lot at around 720 am. If anyone wants to join me I'll be there. I'll probably run 9 to 13 dependin on me bed time.

March Club Meeting

Wednesday, March 5th at 7:30pm, is the next Endure It! Club Meeting. The topic will be swimming and the speaker is David Fix, the founder of Endure It!. David is an accomplished swimmer and eager to share his tips and techniques.

As always, we'll have food & beverages and plenty of fun. Hope to see you there!
