Introduction to Triathlon
This Wednesday evening April 30th, beginning at 7:00pm, Endure It! we will be hosting a fun evening titled "Introduction to Triathlon". This will be a very fun event and presentation for everyone who has thought about doing a triathlon but, were afraid to ask all the questions needed to begin! Those of you reading this who are seasoned veterans may learn a thing or two as well but, please bring a friend or family member who has been kicking around the idea of signing up for a triathlon for too long. We will have sample transitions set up as well as ideas on clothing, equipment, and much more.
Triathlon can be very intimidating and we are committed to cover all the basics in a very low key, "come one, come all" open environment. We will have a number of knowledgeable staff members and Endure It! Coaches here to cover all the basics.
So no more excuses! Don't be afraid! Show up and learn! No charge! Free food and drinks!

Group Ride
Tomorrow, Saturday April 25th, Endure It! will be riding outside. For a 60 mile ride, meet at Endure It! and be ready to ride at 7:30am. If 60 miles feels like too much this early in the season, the second group meets at Rt. 59 and 103rd in the school parking lot for a 40 mile ride. We'll pick up that group at 8am.
Hope to see you tomorrow in one of the two groups.

Our First Outdoor Ride
Please join us tomorrow morning, Saturday the 5th, at Endure it! for our first group ride!
We will meet at 7:30am for a brief meeting with Endure It! cycling coach Chris Mosora and myself. The focus for our first ride will be traditional cycling etiquette and safety. We will all get a great workout in but it is important we learn how to ride safely together. Chris and I will have two separate groups to work with an advanced group as well as a beginners group. I am encouraging all club members to take advantage of the skills, drills, and training we have scheduled for this summer!
See you in the Morning.
