Endure it! Life will offer Vinyasa Flow yoga classes starting Tuesday, May 5 at 9:15a.m. inside their convenient store location at 215 south Washington downtown Naperville. Don’t be fooled by the retail appearance of the store, this space is innovatively transformed to create a tranquil environment and great ambiance with its natural hardwood floors and overflow of natural sunlight shining through its massive storefront windows. David Fix, owner of Endure it! Life is ecstatic about their new service, “I am very excited to offer yoga in the downtown area, the studio is beautiful, the instruction is professional, the location is convenient, parking is no problem, and the price is exceptional!” said Fix.

Here, students will learn the art of Vinyasa Flow yoga, a unique mix of creative standing sequences and classical poses which develop strength, balance, and flexibility.

The yoga instructor, Kate Ransford 200 CYT, is passionate and experienced and will provide a comfortable atmosphere to promote learning and peace of mind.

Anyone interested in yoga or fitness is encouraged to join and classes are modified for beginners or experienced individuals.

endure it! group ride kick off this Saturday‏

The endure it! Group ride series begins this Saturday and will continue throughout the summer. The details of each ride including start times, distance, and location are posted on our website.

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions...

- You do not need to be a club member to participate, however I believe most everyone participating would benefit.

- You may use your tri bike but because they are not designed for group riding we prefer road bikes.

- What group should I join? Simply ask yourself if you feel like an advanced or intermediate rider. If you are not familiar with the area keep in mind the intermediate ride is no drop policy.

We have a lot planned and I hope we are prepared to ride safe, responsible, and strong!

Endure it! and TriBike Transport

We are very excited to offer this fantastic and convenient service to our customers in the Chicago area. TriBike transport offers a unique service to help ease the logistical headaches of preparing for and traveling to a North American Ironman event.

Avoid the extremely high cost, inconvenience and risk of checking your bike with the airlines or shipping via mass ground carrier to your big race. Simply drop it off at endure it! fully assembled before you leave for your race and pick it up, ready to ride, before your race, within walking distance of the Ironman Village. Your bike is never disassembled or packed in a case.

After your race, drop it off at the same location the same evening or morning and the bike will return to endure it! for you to pick up at your convenience after you get home.
