NEW Fall Yoga Schedule at Endure it! Life

Tuesday 8:45 - 9:45am (taught by Kate)
Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30pm (taught by Jo)
Thursday 8:45 - 9:45am (taught by Jo)
Students will learn the art of Vinyasa Flow yoga, a unique mix of creative standing sequences and classical poses which develop strength, balance, and flexibility.
The yoga instructors are passionate and experienced and will provide a comfortable atmosphere to promote learning and peace of mind.
Anyone interested in yoga or fitness is encouraged to join and classes are modified for beginners or experienced individuals.
No pre-registration necessary, just come as you are. We have plenty of yoga mats and props for everyone. We hope to see you soon!
