Computrainer Functional Threshold Testing Next Week!!
Next week we will allow athletes to test for a new functional threshold! This will not be a mandatory testing week. The classes will offer testing on one side and a traditional class on the other. Many athletes like to see where they stand before spring while some want to use their current numbers. If testing, please arrive with fresh legs ready for a maximum effort!! Testing will be offered Monday-Friday March 21-25.
