Our Personal Coaching department has been designed to help every athlete find their finish line. Our coaching staff are here to help athletes design a plan that works with their life so that dreams become goals and the path to success is clear and easy to navigate.
Athletes who are ready for personal coaching will start with a personal consultation with our Head Coach, Sara Fix, to discuss athletic background and overall goals, and from there we’ll set you up with a coach that best fit your needs.
Personal coaching is a great option for athletes that have work, travel and lifestyle constraints or for athletes that do not live in the area. The pricing schedule varies depending on the coach you choose.
The philosophy behind our personal coaching is to help an athlete asses their goals and through written weekly training plans on TrainingPeaks software platform, the athlete will definitely be able to put the building blocks in place to see results. The idea is to work closely with your coach on progressing your fitness and having that extra expertise in your corner making sure you are getting the proper training in to accomplish your BIG goal – whether it be a 5k, 70.3 race, or a full Ironman. It is that added support and sense of accountability every athlete can benefit from when trying to tackle a new endeavor.
