Program Overview

Indoor Season

This year-round, progressive program works every part of the cyclist’s body, building more power and efficiency. During winter, we use our state-of-the-art indoor training facilities and offer up to 25 classes per week between the two locations. Our indoor cycling program allows athletes to develop with concentrated work and focus in a safe, informative, and supportive environment.

Outdoor Season

Outdoor rides begin to supplement indoor training in early spring. The outdoor rides are coached and supported. The distances and difficulty will continue to change as the season progresses. The group outdoor rides are sure to put the final touches on your race preparedness!

Cycling Program Details

What is itUnlimited indoor, coached classes and open riding year round. As weather changes, we supplement with coached, outdoor group rides.
When is itThe remainder of September will continue as it has all summer with some revisions as to when and where.

All indoor cycling sessions start October 1 will be accessible via Zoom.  However, you must have a current membership to participate.
Where is itSeptember schedule:
-The group ride on Tuesday and Thursday from Westmont leaves at 6:10am
-Monday Night Mania will continue until it gets too dark 
-The Saturday Rides for the remainder of the month will be
—— September 12 LAKE GENEVA TRIP RIDE DEPARTING MY FARM 6:30 am 40 and 80 mile options, run after and then who is INTERESTED let me know ASAP we are securing 3 pm T Times to golf  at a course close to the farm. More details to follow maps etc…
