Dynamic, holistic training program coached by experienced distance finishers, and designed to help runners of any level become strong, efficient, and faster.

Program Overview

Run club helps runners become more efficient and powerful with a proven program. We incorporate total body work, intensity, and endurance intervals to bring you to the next level. An added bonus is learning the skill of transition runs (“bricks”) and finding joy in running with Sunday fun runs. You are sure to become a better runner and feel tons of camaraderie in run club!

Run Program Details

What is itYear round run training sessions, which focus on total body strength, speed, endurance and of course, fun! All supplemented with strength and conditioning by Northwestern trainers.
Sara’s ClassWe will now leave from West Superior on Monday and Friday at 5:15am, and Wednesdays at 5:15am from the Hinsdale Track.
Erik’s ClassNaperville Run Club will leave from the shop Monday and Friday at 5:15am and track will continue in the evening at 6:15pm until it is too dark, then will be moved to 5:15am still using Lisle Middle School Track.
Jim’s ClassIndoor Schedule (Starting Oct 11)
